Akses Team Settings

  1. Login ke dashboard

  2. Klik menu Settings > Teams di sidebar

  3. Atau akses https://app.malketing-id/settings/teams

Mengundang Anggota Baru

Cara Mengundang

  1. Klik tab "Members"

  2. Klik "+ Invite Member"

  3. Masukkan email undangan

  4. Pilih peran

  5. (Opsional) Tambahkan pesan

  6. Klik "Send Invitation"

Multi-Invite

  1. Klik "Bulk Invite"

  2. Masukkan beberapa email (satu per baris)

  3. Pilih peran untuk semua

  4. Klik "Send Invitations"

  3. Masukkan nama role

  2. Pilih custom role

Multiple Teams

Switch Team

  1. Di header, klik team switcher

  2. Pilih team yang ingin diakses

  3. Dashboard akan reload dengan data team tersebut

Create New Team

  1. Di team switcher

  2. Klik "+ Create New Team"

  3. Masukkan:

1. Struktur Team

  • Owner: 1 orang (founder/senior)

  • Admin: 1-2 orang (team lead)

  • Agents: Berdasarkan volume

  • Viewer: Stakeholder, reporter

2. Permissions

  • Principle of least privilege

  • Review permissions berkala

  • Audit logs untuk changes

  • Document custom roles

3. Invitations

  • Gunakan email company

  • Invite dengan peran yang sesuai

  • Kirim welcome message

  • Follow up jika tidak respons

4. Team Management

  • Regular review anggota

  • Clean up inactive accounts

  • Update roles jika responsibilities berubah

  • Archive team jika tidak aktif
